Our German Courses

TANDEM Cologne offers intensive German courses for all levels in the mornings all year round. Participants with previous knowledge can join ongoing courses at any time after consultation with the office and a prior placement test.

Our German evening courses take place twice a week, depending on the level on Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday from 18:30 - 21:00. A course runs for 12 weeks, but it is also possible to attend for 4 weeks.

Our German courses are suitable as preparation for the telc German exams (A1 to B2) as well as the telc C1 Hochschule exam and the TestDaf exam (a prerequisite for studying at German universities). However, in order to get to know the exam format, we recommend that you take part in one of our exam preparation courses.

Intensive Courses

Our intensive courses have 20 lessons per week and take place from Monday to Friday from 9.30 am - 1 pm. For more information on dates and prices, click here.

IntensivPLUS & SuperIntensiv Courses

You attend our Intensive Course and have an additional 4 or 8 extra hours of conversation & grammar in a mini-group - the best way to consolidate what you have learned, correct typical mistakes and to open up new topics and vocabulary. All dates and prices can be found here.

Combined Courses

You would like to improve your German even faster. Then you can book 4 or 8 additional individual lessons in addition to our Standard or Intensive course. You can find more information here.

Evening Courses

We offer our evening classes three times a year for all levels. The courses take place twice a week (Mon.+Mi. or Tue.+Thur.) from 18.30 - 21.00. You can find out more about the dates and prices here.

Hybrid-Courses
