Our language school is centrally located – just a few minutes’ train ride from Cologne Central Station – in Cologne’s Südstadt district, a real ‘Kölsch neighbourhood’ with plenty of lovely cafés and shops.

At TANDEM Cologne, you can learn German, English, Spanish, French and Italian.

The minimum age for participating in our German and foreign language courses is 18. 

All our teachers are native speakers with a university education and experience in teaching their native language.

A lesson lasts 45 minutes, except for the children's courses, where each lesson lasts 55 minutes.

Yes, we offer an interesting leisure and cultural programme with a variety of activities for our participants. During the summer months of July and August, we offer two to three activities a week; during the rest of the year, we offer one activity a week.

Yes, we close the school for two or three weeks over Christmas and New Year.
