Once you have registered via our website, we will ask you to pay a deposit of €1,500 (including accommodation: €1,900). Some German diplomatic missions (embassies or consulates) expect you to pay the full course fee in advance. Please check with them before registering. 

As soon as your payment is credited to our account, we will send you the official confirmation letter by email. For this, we absolutely need your passport number and your place of birth.

No, the deposit is already part of the total course fee. We do not charge any additional fees for our visa service!

Unfortunately, as a language school, we cannot influence the processing time for visa applications. As a rule, our course participants receive a response as to whether the visa has been granted after an average of three to four months.

Please let us know in good time – at least three weeks before the course starts – if you do not yet have an entry visa. We will then reschedule the start of the course to the next available date at no extra cost.

Please let us know that you have received your visa and send us a photo of it. We will then inform you of the next available start date. Please do not book your travel until we have confirmed the start date (and accommodation) with you. 

Please send us a scan or a photo of the rejection letter. We will refund the course fees already paid (the deposit) minus a processing fee of €200.
